We specialize in commercial real estate (we are NOT involved in residential real estate), both as an Internet portal and as a publisher of print publications. All our online listings are free to advertisers and, of course, to readers. The categories include property for sale or lease, acquisition requirements of buyers , and financing sources . We also offer a referral database , links to other real estate sites and commercial real estate publications , and our own unique collection of moderated email newsgroups on commercial real estate.

There is absolutely no charge to be listed on this web site IF you are involved in commercial real estate. We maintain this site as institutional advertising for our two real businesses: publishing trade magazines on commercial real estate, and selling, leasing and managing retail real estate with the emphasis  on turnarounds of difficult properties. The DealMakers, a weekly newsletter on retailing and real estate, with insider information on expanding retailers, centers for sale and lease. and insight into what’s happening in the industry.
The editor is Nick D'Amore ( nick@dealmakers.net ). Nick is also the editor of E.S.P (Entertainment & Specialty Projects ), a monthly supplement to the Dealmakers on specialty retailing and real estate, plus downtown redevelopment.

We do NOT sell or share your e-mail address directly, but we sometimes do trade lists with other companies involved in commercial real estate. These trades are always one-shot deals in which the other company never sees the addresses. We send their message to our lists and they do likewise for us.

dealmakers.net, the domain name, is now more than 14 years old. It was one of the first commercial real estate Internet sites and, prior to the development of the Net, it was operated as a BBS. We have evolved over the years into our current incarnation as a portal on commercial real estate, providing thousands of links to other sites involved in leasing, sales, acquisitions, finance and construction, and providing access to as much relevant information as possible.
