  • A reality-based analysis of the center, its market and current cash flow, including recommendations for a change in tenant mix or even use (if required) and, if necessary, improvements or cosmetic changes to the property. We also meet with and discuss our plans with your tenants. We review all the centers in the trade area to fully understand the competition.
  • Implementation of a total marketing plan, including old-fashioned canvassing and direct marketing and fax broadcasting to national and local tenants, plus the broker of record to all real estate offices in your center's trade area are contacted to assist in leasing.
  • Regular inspections ofthe site to maintain the property and keep management in front of the tenants.
  • Work to improve existing tenant/landlord relationships, which are so important to building a strong tenant base for the future.
  • Promote the space in local and national real estate mediums, such as trade publications, local newspapers and specially directed Internet sites. We also market your property on our home page with over 125,000 unique visitors monthly and at over 20 International Council of Shopping Centers dealmaking events annually.
  • Provide timely status reports and full accounting services. Increase past due rent collections. Ensure the best cash flow possible.
