| Mesa, AZ. The restaurants offer a variety of gourmet, thin crust pizzas

| cooked in brick ovens, chopped salads, lasagna, grilled paninis and wine and
|
| beer. The store designs include tangerine walls, pistachio green chairs and
|
| brick accents. The restaurants are owned by Fox Restaurant Concept, LLC,
|
| which owns and manages 12 restaurants throughout AZ and CO.
